Isle of Man with TT Course Contour Wall Maps
After seeing my work at Goldsmiths North the previous year, I was approached to make two matching maps as a gift for a pair of petrol heads (father and daughter). The brief was to engrave the TT course route like I would normally mark a river, making it contrast strikingly with the blackened metal landscape of the island. It was an exciting project, ensuring the route wove up and down, in and round the correct hills and valleys. We also made sure to add the little mound for the Calf of Man, just off the South of the isle.
